A powerful healing modality, Reiki can offer stress relief, release emotional blockages, and promote overall wellness. During our sessions, I will help you identify where you feel stuck or limited, whether emotionally or physically. I will then use gentle touch to direct this healing energy to where you need it most.
For yoga, whatever your size or current physical condition, be assured: you can do yoga, and you are welcome here.
I especially love teaching private and semi-private yogs sessions where I can focus on addressing your personal goals—stress relief or strength-building, relaxation or recharging.
In our sessions, I can teach whichever style of yoga suits your needs—whether that's a gentle yin yoga class, a meditative kundalini session, or a stress-busting vinyasa flow.
If you're most comfortable practicing in your own home, I offer in-home private sessions.
